I got this as I needed an attachment on my mini tripod to hold my phone. I had taken one off a selfie stick, but it wasn't sturdy enough to hold it.
This adaptor is fantastic. For the price it is a bargain.
By simply stretching each side it allows you to fit your phone in, then release and it holds the phone firmly.
Feels great quality and a sturdy addition to your tripod to hold your phone.
