Normally I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to sleep with a mask like this but this one is comfortable enough to wear. After using this for a couple weeks I have felt better in the morning because I sleep better with this. I definately recommend trying one of these out of you have trouble sleeping because of light sources while traveling.
