I originally tried a vent clip cell phone mount and they totally scratched up my vent. This iproduct has the option for a vent mount but I totally love this Iproducts us cell phone windshield mount. Easy to mount to the windshield, is movable and is incredibly sturdy. We took a trip over Christmas and mounted this holder on the passenger side. My hubby navigated, watched a movie and had a place to securely put the phone while it was charging and didn't bend the cable. Just need to remember to move it to his car!
