I got this two days after I ordered it and in excellent condition. This iron on heart patch worked really good for me and was so easy to iron on I put the love sign on with it I thought it went really well togather and it does really makes my jacket look better then the plain color it was. I was going to put it on the back side but it looked better on the left side pocket all I did was placed it where I wanted it put a sheet over it and ironed it on then I use hot glue to place my love sign and it turned out great.
