Not only are the lights flickering it also moves along with the animated "wick." The only concern that I have is that it's not all leveled but a little trim here and there doesn't hurt it. Also used a hair drier to help with some of the cracked wax that was poured into the glass. It's not perfect but for the price it's totally worth it.
