Ice cream scoop and blade by Mon-Hauke

This is a two piece set it is an anti-freeze ice cream scoop and a stainless steel blade ice cream spade by Mon-Hauke . I had never used a blade before it does a great job getting the ice cream from the sides of the container. My ice cream is super hard and I usually leave it out a few minutes before attempting to scoop it but for this review I scooped it right after I took it from the freezer. It made a perfect ice cream ball, and I didn't struggle with the scoop. It doesn'...t make it like soft scoop ice cream but it is easier than the other one I have here at home. This scoop is not dishwasher safe and states so on the handle to remind you. The handle on the blade is wood so I also hand wash that too.
