The moment I pulled this speaker from the box I was impressed with it. It is very well made. For the amazingly affordable price tag, I couldn't have asked for a better more fun speaker! I enjoy the changing lights as I listen to music and work at home on my computer. This speaker looks like it would cost much more than it did. I just can't get over how well made it is! There isn't even one visible issue that I could spot anywhere on the body of this speaker.
The sound quality is great for this size of a speaker. You can't expect it to sound top quality of course but let me tell you this little guy sounds crystal clear and has no annoying audible vibrations. I haven't encountered a song that sounds distorted when played on this which surprises me because I've had that issue with speakers in the past that I'd paid up to 100 on. The sound fills the room with clear enjoyable sound at a volume that is unbelievable for the size of the little thing.
It is fairly easy to figure out how to operate. You can't skip on reading the directions included with the speaker though bc there are features included that I'd never have figured out on my own had I just winged it. Connecting to Bluetooth was a piece of cake and starting a song was just as easy. I was able to do those things before I ever pulled the directions out of the box. It's all of the bonus fun features that you need to learn how to use from the directions and I'll tell you it is def worth it! They add a lot to the musical experience. The lighting can be soothing and calm or upbeat and " poppin' ".
My daughter, who is 6 fell in love with this fun speaker. I allowed her to confiscate it from me and used that as an excuse to purchase this in the next size up Haha! She is able to use it pretty well and only has needed help with a few things. If you are looking to purchase this for a kid or preteen it would be a great gift for them and they could easily learn how to use it and the features included on it. It's a great gift for any music lover.
