This is a wonderful paper cutter. It’s absolutely perfect for cutting pictures or anything that you need to cut on the lines with. It’s small, slim and lightweight so it’s easy to store. Gone are the days of the old style paper cutters with the long handle you chop down with. This is safer and more accurate. It’s very easy to use and the gridlines make measuring a breeze.
