My boyfriend likes noise and light while he sleeps (used to be TV). I like absolute dark and silence. This is a compromise that we can both be happy with. This projector puts a view of the heavens on our ceiling and I have the 'sleep' music from my Pandora radio playing through the bluetooth speaker on the projector. The remote lets you change the brightness, the volume, turn things on and off, etc. This is better than melatonin! Great purchase. Five stars.
