Works great!

I have been using these for several months. These are the first time using the cups. I watched some videos on how to put these in before doing this myself. It was at first very hard to do since the videos can show so much. Making sure that you have a good seal is always good. Do not want some accidents happening while wearing this. I am a very heavy bleeder and was thinking this cup was not able to hold much. I was so wrong on this! It is always good to boil these after you finish the cycle and store them in the little baggie they provide in this. Using this, I have been reduced in my cramps before my period starts. Those cramps start a week or two before my period. There is a very slight cramps, but not as bad than how it use to be. I am not spending any more feminine hygiene products anymore. This have save me some money for each month. It was an amazing buy! Highly recommend!
