Bought my first pair of wooden headphones. I wasn't sure how they would sound at first, but lots of reviews/posts indicate that wooden construction brings out a good tone in cheaper headphones.
I have to say, I'm quite impressed. These may be the best, low-priced, in-ear noise-isolating headphones I've had the pleasure to use. I can't wait to try the microphone.
I did notice similar problems as others indicated - audio fluctuating and voices sounding far away. I was creating a ticket to return these and noticed that the audio jack was hazy. I cleaned it up with a clean towel and tried again and it works perfectly now. I think there might be some sort of petroleum product on the audio jack to keep it from corroding, which was causing conductivity problems. Try cleaning yours to see if it resolves the problem.
Really happy with these. I would have given it 5 stars if they were cheaper, if I didn't have to deal with the problems that I did in the beginning, or that the manufacturer's website was live.
