this is a nice sturdy construction house that my cat loves. It has 3 cat scratch areas as well as a convenient area for the cat to hide in or perch on top. The cat nip is a bonus and allows the cat to get used to it. This was a replacement for a former post and this far outshines my last one. This is a great purchase and must have for any cat lover that wants to help save their furniture. My cat perches on top after using the post! Highly recommend this cat scratch house!
