Manual grinder with variable coarseness

I am not a huge coffee drinker, but when I do drink coffee, I like a strong cup that is full of flavor. I went from buying preground coffee to using an electric coffee grinder, but then heard that electric coffee grinders heat the beans a bit, making them seem less fresh and affecting the taste of the brew. When I tried the manual grinder, I did notice a difference in taste, and decided that it is well worth it to take the extra time to manually grind the beans. I mean, I don't do it often, so when I do, why not make it the best that it can be, right? Everyone else in the house prefers the electric grinder because they drink more coffee, so they don't want to lose the time that it takes to manually grind the beans....their loss in my opinion. I love that I can choose the coarseness of the grind, depending on what coffee I am using, as well as what method of preparation. Also, being able to take off the handle makes it super easy to store and later retrieve when necessary.
