I tend to get backaches a lot because, well, I'm getting older, as well as trying to stay active. I absolutely love using this belt when I am having lower back pain because it brings relief. There are these little heating stone type "beads" on one side that warm up against your skin, and it feels like a heating pad. This is also great for menstrual cramps! It's fully adjustable and comfortable to wear!
