How did I ever sleep without this?!  It is absolutely great.  I got tired of hearing everyone talk about weighted blankets and decided to give it a try.   I didn't really think I would like it.  After it came in and was so heavy I was very hesitant to use it.  But after the first night, I was hooked.  It really is like a "hug".  I sleep better and wake up less...which is always a good thing.
