item came quick.first thing when i looked at the camera i thought this is very well made.and so is the receiver.i wanted to charge and drain the camera receiver 5-times befor i review it.the camera went for just over 5-hours and the receiver just went on and on after 6-hours one bar went out on the receiver very good.the ball joint was very tight i had to oil it .its spring loaded from inside and it was still way to tight.i took the bottom off and undid two screws that press the spring to the bal joint and put a little more oil got it moving good and no creaks and put it back all good now.i had to do it it was dry and creaked.the receiver has a switch just push and hold to turn it on if you do a quick press it turns left to right and right to left prob for in a car witch i dont drive but a good thing if you do drive and use it to look behind .it could be used on a baitboat i say this because iv built over 50 and my boats have cameras all built in.its well made and could be used for any thing.all so has a cover for the back of the camera so its water tight but turn it on first its a press on off push switch.if any one wants a quick set up camera then this is it.all i mite do latter is put sma on both for longer range only do this if you no how dont need to for what its ment for its just me i do these things .i will say i put the camera in my frontroom window and it worked threw two walls and i was in my bedroom witch i think is very good and the pitcher water clear all the time.it all so has a signal reading.it comes with charging leads i chaeged it off a 12volt sealed acid battery.no mains lead.i all so had a cig socket made up same as a car so i could charge it.so if any one wants it not for a car they would have to do what i did.amazon sell a cig socket and mains adaptor.i would say 12volt 1-or 2-amp mains adaptor to charge it at home.if used for car ect you wont need any thing just a cig socket.hope this helps any one.5-stars and i do recommend .many thanks.one thing with ir on ot will last bit less than 5-hours{camera}
