I needed a new laundry basket for in my 5 year old daughters room. I figured it would be small, but it was smaller then I was expecting. Surprisingly it works just fine for her room, because she is 5 and has little size clothes vs dealing with adult sized clothing items. I do like the handles on it, and it does collapse just fine. I personally don't need to collapse it, so I just leave it sitting open in her room. I haven't had any issues with it other then wishing it could have at least been taller, even just a little taller would be fine. At least its for my daughters room, and it happens to help when it comes down to not taking up too much space. I think it would work good for a traveling kind of situation too. I could just fold it together and shove it in my suit case if I wanted to take it with me.
