Great for pain relief

My husband is on his feet all day at work, so has some issues with plantar fasciitis. My brother is a runner/hiker, so is always looking for insoles for shock absorption. I saw these and thought one of the two, either my husband or my brother, would benefit from using them. My brother ended up taking them to try out. He is doing a 24 hour run this weekend and giving them a good testing while doing it. He said so far they have been comfortable and have helped with shock absorption.   I like the feel of these - they are soft and squishy, not annoying at all. You can cut them down to whatever size you need so they fit nicely in your shoes. And they have sticky on the bottom so they actually stay put, even if you get a sweaty foot from the activities you engage in.   So far these seem to be decent insoles, and best of all they are much cheaper than the expensive ones you pick up from the local stores.
