I didn't actually count the balloons to see if there are truly 100 of them, but my package says only that there are 1/4 pound of balloons, in assorted shapes and sizes. I didn't pull every ballon out, but I noticed no difference in any that I looked at. It also says that they are irregular, which normally means that there may be some minor flaw that is generally unnoticeable but prevents it from being sold without this specification. Either way, the ballons I blew up all appeared to be the standard 12 inch balloons as in the listing.
