I just had emergency surgery, breaking my tibia. The bone was literally twisted and I had to have plates and screws implanted to construct a new ankle for me. It has been really rough healing. I can walk around now, but am forced to spend most of my time elevating my ankle or it will swell up so much, I feel the skin stretching so much, I fear it might pop (not literally, but it feels that way).
The day these arrived, I was excited because the two previous days my ankle was really swollen. I put it on for the rest of the day. When I went to bed that night, I was very happy to see the swelling went down quite a bit. When I woke up the next morning, they were almost back to normal.
I am so happy with these!!! I can't give them enough compliments to express my satisfaction.
