Did nothing for me

I didn't pick up this bottle for the increased sex libido. I have no trouble in that area. Though I knew it was another benefit of taking these, I actually picked up these for the possible increase in energy. I am a very busy mom and have so much going on in my life that I need a little extra pep in my step any given day of the week. I was hoping these would be a more natural way of helping me achieve that goal.   But after taking them consistently for a few days, I feel no different. I have no change in my energy levels. I also have no change in my libido, which wasn't a goal. I was really hoping these would help me achieve more in the day, giving me that little extra boost I needed to get going. But no such luck.   On a good note, I didn't notice any other problems. No side effects. No headaches, no upset stomach, no dry mouth or other problems. I simply felt nothing. You can try it out yourself and see if it helps, but I don't plan to continue. They are not helping me at all, and I cannot recommend them to anyone for that reason. But I always tell people to do their own research and evaluate things based upon their own needs, not the input of individuals like me. Every body is different and responds differently, so understand your own needs and then make an informed decision based on what you have learned.
