Roomy, lots of pockets, the two zippers are for looks only, but they are attractive. I left off the shoulder strap and just carry by the attached handles which for me makes it easier. It is not an easy zipper, that makes it a plus with less worry of anyone else getting into my purse. I can fit my tablet in there so it is a roomy bag. There have been many compliments on the style and design on it. A great find and buy.
