A friend asked me recently if I ever leave a negative review. I told her I only order items I want so , while I might include suggestions for improvement in my review, I've never left a negative review. That changes today.
I ordered this item on January 18, 2018 with an estimated delivery window of February 8th - March 2nd. On March 2nd, I received a message that the package was delayed and to expect it by March 8th. On March 8th, there was no package so I checked online and the tracking information was gone. My order history still shows an expected delivery date of March 8th. I sent a message to the seller but there's been no response. So, I've requested a refund.
I was looking forward to receiving this clay to use to make items for my fairy garden. I will have to order from somebody else. I definitely won't be ordering from this seller again.
