These garage hooks are much more heavy duty than I was expecting!! We use them to hang the bikes up in the garage, and they can handle that weight - no problem. You could totally hang something much heavier as well. The red part on these is a rubber type material, which cuts the slipping down to a minimum. This is a very nice feature. The price is very nice - especially for 15 hooks/hangers! I would recommend this item.
