Its hard to beleive, but I am extatic with my purchase of these Ceramic Knives ! They are very sharp, much more so than I would think, and I'm not sure how, But I know that my knife has glided through a steak, as well as cut bread ! But my real surprise was how it cut into tomatoes, and I cut the slices paper thin ! I am very impressed !!
