You're gonna love this!

When this knife arrived I was first amazed to see the meticulous packaging like I was receiving a regal prize.  The sharpness of this knife is unrivaled by any that I have used.  Be careful using it because you underestimate the sharpness.  I used ut the same night it arrived first in slicing vegetables & then for cutting beef into cubes.  It takes a lot for me to get wowed but this knife did it.  My son was laughing at how I could be so happy about a knife working well but after trying many, I have found the one!  By the way, I forgot to tell you that I have weak hands from arthritis & still I would recommend this as easy to use and better than expected.  You will not be disappointed!
