I have to be honest. I usually purchase the most expensive name brands when making my selection to purchase pet shampoo. I always allow them to sleep in bed with me. In addition to bathing them often, it is also important that they smell clean and feel soft. I am not ashamed of confessing I also use my personal hair products after their bath, before hair drying on the cool setting with slight heat, giving them the perfect temperture as I comb their fur and blow dry them, just as a salon would do to my hair.
I think it is clear how important pampering dogs are to me. With all the requirements I have, it is hard to find a shampoo I can rave about until now. The only reason I even tried this shampoo is because of it being made with all natural products. I do love organic products for myself, so I figured I would see what it had to offer in the form of a pet shampoo.
I have never felt such soft, clean and great smelling results!!! What is crazy is the price the company charges when we all know how expensive most organic products are. Coming from somebody who uses Dermalogica wrinkle cream on my dog's elbows, this is the shampoo I use to give my dogs the best shampoo I have ever found.
What I also like is there is no perfume in this. We all know perfume always means alchol, which has a drying out scalp and the hair itself. Not only do I want my dog's hair soft and moisturized, I don't want their (already prone to dry skin) skin having anything drying it out, possibly causing them to itch or have flaky scalp (or body). This is extremely moisturizing and conditions the scalp (body) and pampers them even better than Pet Head or Paul Mitchell Dog Shampoo.
