Sad Face

So I've seen tons of people use these on our beaches so I was excited to purchase. I have tried doing this several times and I cannot seem to do make it work. I thought it was me so I had my byfriend try it. He ran and ran. Closed it up. It doesn't close the way the picture shows it should and we've tried several times. The air comes out of it every time!!! We had a friend try who had one and said the air flow and closing gap is not like his and he suggest we get a different one. Super sad because we have been really wanting one of these. I wanted to give this a great review because how excited I was, but can't. I only weigh 125 lbs and it couldn't even hold me without the magnets popping apart and the air coming out.
