A three layer cake and only wanting to cut the first layer and then the second. I seen this and thought that it would be easier to use and it was right on target. I cannot believe that someone came up with such a great cake server. It was quick and easy to use. Cut the cake and keep a grasp on it to move to the plate and release. A great must for those that truly enjoy desserts.
