I'm using the larger mason jar with the smaller lid.  The pump has really long pump stems in them.  The stem reaches almost to the bottom of the jar.  I guess you could cut them off to use in the smaller jars.  They look really nice on my counter.  I have a country kitchen and it fits right in.
