Admittedly I didn't use these for cupcakes as they are said to be for. I used them for a clay project because the windows in the front made them cute little homes for my critters. The boxes are a great size and are easy to put together. You can easily write or draw on the boxes. Label them if you need to. The window pane is an awesome addition to see what's inside. I used them as a home for the clay critters I made. It was a hit and everyone loves them.
