I haven't had a chance to use the sushi maker yet. But from what I'm looking at is made of plastic. I do like it and I hope that it works really well I've been looking up some recipes to use with it. It comes with silicone baking cups which is also really awesome cuz I've been wanting some of those. And I'll come back and let you know how it works out when I get to use it.
