This is a very nice set of Kegel weights. They arrived quickly and were packaged discreetly, which I appreciated. The set includes a single ball, double ball, and one that vibrates. Also included is the remote, USB charger and a Velvet pouch which is actually large enough for all of the weights and accessories to fit inside.
The weights are easy to insert and very comfortable. I was able to move around freely and continue my daily activities without a bit of discomfort. The thing that I like best about the set is the fact that they have small weights inside which roll freely within the ball as you move around.i have another set that does not have this feature and I really wanted to see if I felt a difference between the two. I definitely did. Removal was also very easy.
I haven't used this set enough to comment on actual results yet and I have not used the vibrating weight, except for just a moment, but I'm looking forward to doing so. All things considered this is a very good quality set of Kegel weights.
