Very spacey and keeps cold

I was using plastic grocery bags to carry my lunch to work and needed a new lunch box and decided to give the MIER Adult lunch box a try. After reading other reviews I was worried it would be actually too big. It is not too big but just right for my needs. I really like the separate compartments, both with insulation. I spilled some fluid (salad dressing) inside the lower compartment and it wiped out easily and cleanly. The shoulder strap is handy, but I use the carry handle for now. It has open side pockets(not insulated) on the ends and a zip pocket on the front for utensils which is insulated. And of course the 2 food compartments. The first time I used it I tried to put too much food in the lunch box then realized I'm not eating more than 2 meals. For the few days, I owned it i have had food leftover, so I'm still gauging how much to bring for lunch. This will accommodate 2 meals using both compartments packaged carefully.
