Good Looking & Robust 16gb Metal Memory Stick

 bought this 16gb memory stick because it looks to be rugged enough for my clumsy nephew who needs one for his college work. As this is made from metal, can be fastened onto a key ring, is stated to be shockproof & waterproof and has a USB 3.0 connection which gives it a faster data transfer speed I thought this would be ideal for him to keep all his files safe.

I must say that this is one of the most attractive memory sticks I've seen the body is made from a gold coloured metal, measures 5.8 x 1.6 x 0.8 cms and the slimline USB plug can be swung outfrom the body like a penknife's blade. When not in use the plug is folded into the body of the memory stick for protection adding to the robustness of this storage device.When plugged into my laptop for the first time the memory stick was found straight away and soon installed itself and was ready to use. When i checked it's properties I saw that this stick had14.4gb of usable storage which is about normal for a 16gb memory stick. I checked the data read and write speeds and they seemed to right for USB 3.0 speeds but you will only get these speeds if your computer has USB 3.0 ports.
