Never an excuse to skip my meds.
I have most my daily meds in a med pack but I also take insulin and cant forget the antibiotics and any other short term meds that dont go in my med pack. I am using mine at the moment for insulin as I am supposed to take it at same time every evening.. and with four kids days can get hectic and time can get away from you, so I set it every 24 hours so it goes off when I need my insulin so I can take it and no need being late. I can see this being good for other pills I would need in future like antibiotics etc.
I would recommend for anybody that needs that little reminder when to take your meds.
