I really wanted this for a funny Halloween costume for my dog, but unfortunately that can't happen. The shipping envelope it was mailed in was in perfect condition, but this item was not. It was very obvious the item was broken before it was put in the package to ship it. The manufacturer's packaging is nothing more than a thin plastic fold over self sealing bag, and there was a large V shaped cut in one side with a very strong crease across the entire package, where the entire thing had been folded /snapped in half, and had obviously been that way beforehand, because there was no crease mark or any indication on the bubble envelope it was delivered in that it had ever been bent. The item itself seemed very poor quality plastic, like something you see in the checkout line of a dollar store on sale. I was very disappointed with every aspect of this purchase, and ended up returning it without even opening the packaging. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
