Upon opening then I feel in love with the smell of fresh wood. The packaging was impressive, with a minimal amount of waste but all items were well-protected. The shelves are smooth and the hooks are heavy duty. The instructions are clear to follow. The quality of the craftsmanship and the reasonable price makes this a good deal.
