These are very thin and transparent acne dots. It is very absorbent and a bit thicker than the other. It does absorb pus and gross fluids from the acne. I used it overnight. I have not use it under makeup because I am self-conscious. I prefer to use them at night and it does the job by morning. I purchased the 72 patches and it comes with a tweezer and a pimple tool.
