I recently purchased this guitar stand, and I must say it was a great buy. It has a great price for the quality of this item, and it holds my acoustic guitar nicely. It has nice rubber pads on the bottom of this stand and is also somewhat flexible. It's easy to fold up , compact, and light weight making it portable, which is an added plus.
