I just received mine this morning and it is so beyond cute!
Both the sleeves and the waist has elastics that are very comfortable. I wear mine off the shoulder, but you can switch it up betwen on or off shoulder.
I think these will pair best with white jeans. The top is like a faux denim! I am planning to buy white long jeans and wear them with a nice beige wide brimmed hat. I recommend!!
