How to Measure Your Size

You need: a piece of paper; a pen; a ruler

1.    Stand up straight on floor with your heel against the wall.

2.    Take a piece of paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

3.    Marking the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen.

4.    Then, use a ruler to measure the length you marked.
