Question 1:
If the Blomed amplifier is not working normally.

Solution:
Make sure it is turned to the ON position. When using Zinc-air batteries, the adhesive tab must be taken off and Battery must be sat for a full minute before first use. Check that whether the Battery Compartment is completely closed. Increase the volume slowly to a suitable volume. Make sure the battery is properly inserted. If the Blomed amplifier is still not working, change a new Battery.

Question 2:
If the Blomed amplifier works, but the volume is too low or too loud.

Solution:
1. You could adjust the volume. If you find it too loud, press the volume button to lower the volume. If the sound is too low, increase the volume.
2. If it doesn\'t work, try to switch to another listening Mode.
3. If the sound is still too low, you could change a new battery.
4. If the sound is still too loud, check the earpiece for blockage or make sure the earpiece is clean and inserted securely.
5. Your hearing may be too sensitive to use the Blomed. You could contact us and we would arrange a refund and turn to your audiologist for help.

Question 3:
There is a whistling sounds / disconcerting noise in the background.

Solution:
1. Firstly, the lower the volume. Make sure that it always begins with volume at the lowest point and then slowly increase the volume until you feel it the most comfortable. Make sure the earpiece is clean and inserted properly. 2. It is important to get used to both sounds you are focusing on the background noise as well.
3. Adjust to the suitable mode and volume settings. If the sound is still disconcerting, you may be too sensitive for Blomed. You may contact us and arrange a refund.
