Is this included with my plan or extra?

Yes — Review Tracker is included with every paid Juicer plan, no per-ASIN fees.

How often does it refresh?

Once a day per ASIN. Daily granularity is the right cadence for review data — Amazon's own review counts update with delay, so faster polling just adds noise.

Can I track competitor ASINs?

Yes. Add any public ASIN to your tracker — yours or anyone else's. Useful for benchmarking your launch against the established players in your category.

Do you store the actual review text?

We store metadata (rating, photo/video flag, posted date, reviewer name) and a deep-link to the live review on Amazon. We don't store the full text — that lives on Amazon and we link out.

How far back does the history go?

12 months retained per ASIN, plus full Keepa-derived historical depth that pre-dates your account. You'll always see at least a year of trend.
