The blade on this peeler is sharp but it is not steady, hence the swivel part, so it moves around when your peeling, I did not care for that. The scrapper on the back of the peeler is very sharp too and that works good.

I love these fairy lights. They give off a nice soft glow and are battery operated. They have two settings. Setting one flashes and setting two stays on.
