I'm always looking for ways to improve the quality of my YouTube videos. One of the simplest ways to do this is by adding additional lighting to my home studio. In addition to some led panels I recently purchased, I bought this LED ring light from Andston. It was one of the less expensive options available. It is 10.2", and doesn't take up alot of space. It came with a desktop stand and has a phone holder that allows you to place the camera right in the middle of the ring light.
What a difference this little light can make. I quickly learned that I can't place this directly in front of me while wearing glasses, as it leaves reflections of ring lights on my lenses. I learned that it is best to have it positioned slightly above my face and to the right or left... this ensures no reflection. :-). It has 3 different light modes with a variety of brightness levels. Overall, I am very pleased with this light.
