Small but Beautiful Piece

This necklace is very pretty and classic while still being very affordable. At only $12.99 on Amazon, this necklace can make a nice addition to almost any outfit because of its simplicity and its clean design. The package was undamaged when it arrived, and it arrived on time. It came with a red velvet bag with gold strings that would make a lovely gift pouch if your intention is to offer this necklace as a present for someone else. I do wish it came with a black pouch as well though, as the red seems Christmas season oriented to me but I ordered this in May. Still, although the red reminds me of Christmas it is otherwise classic and well-designed as a gift pouch.

The cubic zirconia pendant is small and round, about .2 of an inch in diameter. It is clasped by the 6 pointed back and attached to the 16-inch chain. The necklace also comes with a 2-inch extension if you prefer an 18 inch chain to a 16 inch chain. The pendant is relatively easy to remove from the chain as well if you wish to replace the chain with a different one or a longer one. The clasp on the chain is standard as well but appears durable enough to withstand repeated use of the necklace. The stone is cut well so that it sparkles in the light from most angles. The pendant, while small, seems strong. I did not notice any warping or twisting to the metal after I gripped it tightly in my hands, dropped it on the ground, or dropped my phone on it while it was sitting on the table.

It also came with a 10% coupon for another purchase from Kigmay Jewelry, so that is always a nice touch! Who doesn’t like to save money on additional purchases in the future? They also offer a 30 day refund on the clasp if it breaks, which I love, since I have broken many necklace clasps in my day.

The only real drawback I can see is that the chain seems a bit fragile and very thin, but that is normal for many necklace chains and that the pendant is rather small. It could easily be dwarfed with the wrong outfit. That said, if you wear this with the right outfit, it will sparkle and shine adding a great touch. It would look perfect with a little black dress, a solid colored blouse with a rounded or V-neck, and many other outfits!
