This is a great addition to my kitchen, it works as stated and saves me a lot of time. I thought it would be quite difficult to clean however I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. The parts assemble and dissemble really easily making cleaning a really fast process. I use it all the time to cut vegetables and meat, it definitely speeds up the cooking time for me.
