Wireless self charging holder all in one

I bought this for myself I love them at first but can't seem to figure out how to work now like where the button is to turn them back on and where the button is to shut them off or turn them up every time I go to touch it to take it out of my ear it shuts off. Don't stay charged very long I feel not as long as most but the sound is very good and they are very loud I still love them just wish that there was a way to see where you press the buttons because I am always hitting it and shutting it off or turning it to a different song or disconnecting it from my Bluetooth I always make sure I bring my case with me because once you put them back in the case and take them back out they will connect and come back on sometimes they just play with each of them and figure out how they come back on I don't know what I press I just play around with them file never in my ear.
