We do a lot of family game nights with our kids, so I am always looking for new things that we can play. I used to play Connect Four as a kid. It was one of the games that I played all the time with friends, so I wanted to have something like it to play with the boys. I saw this game and thought it would be a good addition to our game collection, which is getting to be quite impressive. This set comes in a wooden box that holds all of the wooden disks in it. The board itself slides out and then slides in to place with the bottom being a nice tray to catch the pieces when you are done, as well as to hold them in place while you are playing. They are smaller than the disks I played with in the past, but they work the same as the other game. It has been a lot of fun reliving those childhood game times and experiencing them with my own kids. I love the chance to create new memories and this is something I enjoyed when I was little. It has been great being able to share it with them, teach them a game they haven't played, and has brought a lot of smiles and laughter to my family. There is nothing like those special moments with the kids and I treasure each of them because they are not going to be my little boys for much longer. They are already teenagers and I only have a few more years before they are out on their own, and I want to capture those special times now and hold them close to my heart forever. I wouldn't get that if it wasn't for the time spend playing games like this. A great game, though not the brand name game I grew up playing, but fun nonetheless. I am so happy to have this in our family collection. #RankBoosterReview #sponsored #Dmeixs #game #boardgame #fourinarow #connectfourgame #familygamenight #gamenight
